We understand that there are those site owners who prefer to have tags on their posts, and some authors who prefer to include tags with their submissions. The reality is the benefit of tagging posts is negligible for both site owners and authors, so we’ve moved ahead with this change.

1. Watch for the release of Postrunner plugin version 2.0 in the next couple of days. You’ll be able to automatically upgrade the plugin from the WordPress dashboard on any sites you’ve hooked into PostRunner.

2. All PostRunner sites are now being required to publish contact information or have a functional contact form on their website. The email address used should be one that is actively checked by the owner of the site. Having contact information on each site facilitates communication between site owners and article authors.

3. TKA Pro support will no longer be supporting individual PostRunner submissions directly. PostRunner’s purpose is to create an easy exchange of content between the site owner and the article author. When issues arise with any given submission the article author and the site owner should work courteously with each other to get issues resolved quickly.

The only issues that should be reported to TKA Pro support are those that involve violations of PostRunner’s Terms of Service, or technical problems that interrupt the submission process.
